Manhole repairs will bring lane restrictions to several south Windsor streets from Monday to Wednesday, Nov. 9 to 11, 2026, the City of Windsor says. All work is weather permitting.

South Cameron Boulevard from Kenilworth Place to Howard Avenue: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, Nov. 9
Dougall Avenue and Cabana Road East intersection: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, Nov. 9
Dougall Avenue from Norfolk Street to Liberty Street: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, Nov. 9
West Grand Boulevard and Church Street intersection: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, Nov. 9, and Tuesday, Nov. 10
West Grand Boulevard and Bruce Avenue intersection: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 10
West Grand Boulevard and Longfellow Avenue intersection: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 10
Dominion Boulevard between Norfolk Street and Roselawn Drive: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 10, and Wednesday, Nov. 11
What it means for you
Expect lane restrictions and slower traffic near the work. If you drive Dougall, West Grand or Dominion on a weekday morning, leave a few extra minutes or use another route. These repairs are not yet listed in the City's online Construction and Detours database, so check the City's posts for weather delays.
