Most Windsor council decisions are not recorded by name; the minutes say only "Carried" or "Lost". When any member asks for a recorded vote, the Clerk lists who voted for, who voted against, who abstained and who was absent. Our new How they voted pages list every one of those recorded votes from the 2022 to 2026 term.
The count
We read all 192 council and standing committee minutes PDFs the City lists since Nov. 15, 2022. We found 104 recorded votes at 57 meetings, from Nov. 2022 to Sept. 2026: 94 at City Council and 10 at standing committees.

Keep in mind
Recorded votes are only part of a member's record. A member with fewer recorded votes did not necessarily vote less. Members new to council in the 2026 to 2030 term have no votes here yet; theirs will be added as the City posts minutes from the new term. Each vote on our pages links to the page of the City's minutes it comes from.
