Two things to know about Windsor City Council this week.

Complaints are open again. Residents can once again file a code of conduct complaint about a member of City Council with the City's Integrity Commissioner. Ontario law paused new complaints from nomination day, Aug. 21, 2026, until voting day, Oct. 26, 2026.

A new term is almost here. The new council takes office on Sunday, Nov. 15. Its inaugural meeting is set for Monday, Nov. 16, and its first regular business meeting is Monday, Nov. 23 at 10 a.m.

Council meetings are open to the public at Windsor City Hall.
