Adventure Bay's floating pumpkin patch returns this weekend.
What's happening
Pumpkin Splash runs Saturday, Oct. 24, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Adventure Bay Family Water Park, 401 Pitt St. W. The water park says its Lazy River will be filled with pumpkins, and guests can take one home: one pumpkin per guest, while supplies last.
What it costs
Regular admission applies, the water park and windsorite.ca say. Adventure Bay lists full-day admission at $33.50 per person, or $26 for City of Windsor residents with photo ID showing a Windsor address. Its discounted "Starlight" admission, 2 to 6 p.m., is $21, or $18 for residents. Children under 3 get in free. Adults who just want to watch from the sidelines can buy a $6.75 Land Lover pass.
What it means for you
If you're planning to pick up a pumpkin, go earlier in the day: pumpkins are limited to one per guest while supplies last. Tickets are sold online, and the water park's line is 519-974-AQUA (2782).
