Where this comes from
- Councillor-elect: the City's election results (unofficial until the City Clerk declares them).
- Promises: each candidate's own campaign site or published questionnaire answers, with the date we read them.
- Ward items: titles of agenda items in the City's council and committee minutes, Nov. 2022 to Oct. 2026. We counted an item only when its title names the ward and the same title appears in the minutes PDF.
- 311: the City's open data, Jan. 1 to Aug. 23, 2026, the newest date in the City's file. We kept a dated copy of what we pulled.
