Bring a card: cash is out at some WRH Pay and Display lots

Windsor Regional Hospital is switching machines at select surface lots to debit or credit only, windsorite.ca reports. The Ouellette garage still takes cash.

Windsor Regional Hospital (WRH) is upgrading Pay and Display machines at select surface lots to cashless, debit or credit only, windsorite.ca reported Sept. 22.

Affected at Met Campus: the Emergency, Cancer Centre, and Expectant Mothers and Babies (Pink) lots. At Ouellette Campus: the lots off Goyeau Street by the emergency department and main entrance. Cash is still accepted at the Ouellette parking garage.

Unclear: the start date and whether rates change. Windsor News did not find a WRH notice about the change when this was posted.
