Lane closures in both directions on Howard Avenue and Division Road, between E.C. Row Expressway and Marentette Avenue, start Monday, Sept. 21 for road work and final asphalt paving, windsorite.ca reported Sept. 20.

The work is scheduled through Friday, Oct. 16, weather permitting. Expect delays around the mall.
